Riverside RV Park Rules

We ask that you please take a few moments to become familiar with our policies:

RV Site:

  • Please keep your RV site clean and tidy at all times.
  • Rates are based on 2 adults per RV. Additional guests, additional fees charged.
  • All guests must register in the office or with the park host upon entering the park.
  • Quiet time is from 10:00pm – 8:00am. Please respect the rights of others.
  • Please help conserve electricity and water. These charges determine our rates.
  • No clotheslines are permitted. We have laundry facilities.
  • Alcoholic beverages are to be confined to the immediate vicinity of your RV space.
  • No commercial business of any kind is permitted on these premises.
  • Outside storage of personal items is not permitted. If you need a storage facility, there are several in the area, please ask us for information.
  • Washing vehicles is not permitted in the park. A car wash with an RV stall is available just down the street.
  • Check out time is 11:00am. If you require more time, please ask.
  • You MUST have a secure connection for your sewage.
  • Propane delivered on site. Ask the office for details and/or to sign up.
  • Parents shall be fully responsible for their children’s actions.
  • No smoking in restrooms, laundry room, office, or rec hall. Do not throw cigarette butts on park grounds.
  • Not responsible for theft or accidents.

 

Pets:

Pets are permitted only when these rules are followed:

  • IMPORTANT! Please clean up after your pets….even down by the river. Please pick up waste and dispose of it in dumpster.
  • No animal may be left outside unattended EVER.
  • Pets must be on a leash while outside.
  • No dog is to disturb others with barking.
  • Pet fences are not allowed.
  • No pets in any building.

 

Parking:

  • Speed limit is 5 MPH and strictly enforced.
  • One RV and one automobile per site. If you have more than one car, park in the designated areas only.
  • Do NOT park vehicles in unoccupied RV spaces.
  • Visitors are welcome, but, they need to park in the designated areas, not on the grass or roads.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit fully refundable outside of 2 months
  • Payment 50% refundable between 2 months and 1 week
  • Balance charged 1 week prior to beginning of stay
  • Account 50% refundable 48hrs prior to beginning of stay
